Ajasys Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install VyaparEasy on your mobile device
• Use the App for managing your business transactions and accounting

• Generate and share business reports and documents

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App

To use VyaparEasy, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account use

You agree to use VyaparEasy:

• For lawful business purposes only
• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Without violating any third-party rights
• Without uploading malicious code or viruses

You retain all ownership rights to the business data you enter into VyaparEasy, including but not limited to:

• Customer and vendor information
• Transaction records and financial data
• Product inventory and pricing information
• Business documents and reports

By using VyaparEasy, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide services
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
• Backup your data for disaster recovery
• Comply with legal obligations

You can export your business data at any time in various formats (Excel, PDF, CSV). We provide tools for data migration and backup.

VyaparEasy is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce premium features in the future
• Modify or discontinue free features
• Implement reasonable usage limits
• Display non-intrusive advertisements

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Internet connectivity problems
• Mobile network provider issues

We continuously improve VyaparEasy and may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice. Updates may require you to install the latest version.

All intellectual property rights in VyaparEasy, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface and design elements
• Brand names, logos, and trademarks
• Documentation and user guides

are owned by Ajasys Technologies and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your business data solely for providing and improving VyaparEasy services.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Data encryption in transit and at rest
• Regular security audits and updates
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls and authentication

Our data collection and usage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable laws and take appropriate remedial actions.

VyaparEasy may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways for transaction processing
• SMS services for notifications
• Cloud storage for data backup
• Analytics services for app improvement

Your use of third-party services through VyaparEasy is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability or reliability
• Data handling by third-party providers
• Charges imposed by third-party services
• Content or accuracy of third-party services

VyaparEasy provides tools for business management but does not offer:

• Financial or accounting advice
• Tax guidance or compliance assurance
• Legal or regulatory advice
• Business strategy recommendations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajasys Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Damages arising from service interruptions

Our total liability for any claims related to VyaparEasy shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the past six months, or ₹1000, whichever is less.

You may stop using VyaparEasy at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Requesting account deletion through the App
• Contacting our support team

We may suspend or terminate your access to VyaparEasy if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or government authorities
• For security or technical reasons

After termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for recovery. After this period, data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through:

• In-app notifications
• Email notifications (if provided)
• Updated version in the App Store/Play Store

Your continued use of VyaparEasy after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to:

• Notify us of the dispute in writing
• Attempt informal resolution for 30 days
• Participate in good-faith negotiations

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ajasys Technologies regarding VyaparEasy.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor entity.
