Launch the VyaparEasy application on your mobile device. Make sure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Note: You must use the same device where you normally access VyaparEasy.

Tap on the Menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the screen. The menu icon is typically located at the top-left corner of the home screen.

From the menu that appears, select "Settings". This will take you to the main settings page.

In the Settings menu, scroll down until you find the "Account Settings" section. This is usually located in the middle of the settings list.

Tap on "Account Settings" or "Profile Settings" to proceed to your account management options.

Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page. Look for the "Delete Profile" or "Delete Account" option, which is usually displayed in red text.

Tap on the "Delete Profile" button to initiate the deletion process.

The app will display a detailed screen explaining the consequences of account deletion. This screen includes:

• A complete list of data that will be permanently deleted
• Information about how long the deletion process takes
• Alternatives to account deletion (like exporting data or temporary deactivation)
• Instructions on how to export your data before deletion
• A reminder that this action cannot be reversed

Read all information carefully before proceeding to the next step.

On the deletion confirmation screen, tap on the "Request OTP" or "Send Verification Code" button.

A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be automatically sent to the email address you used during registration.

Open your email and find the OTP sent by VyaparEasy. The subject line will be "VyaparEasy Account Deletion Verification Code".

Return to the VyaparEasy app and enter the 6-digit OTP into the verification field provided.

The OTP entry field is typically displayed as six separate boxes where you enter each digit.

After entering the correct OTP, the "Confirm Deletion" or "Permanently Delete Account" button will become active.

Read the final warning message carefully. This is your last chance to cancel the deletion process.

If you're sure you want to proceed, tap on "Confirm Deletion" to permanently delete your account.

After confirming, the app will show a progress screen indicating that your profile is being deleted. The timeline for complete deletion is:

• Immediately: Your account access is disabled and you cannot log in
• Within 24 hours: Your data is removed from our active servers
• Within 30 days: Complete removal from all backup systems

Do not close the app during this process. Wait until you see the confirmation message.

Once the deletion is complete, you'll see a confirmation message: "Your VyaparEasy account has been successfully deleted."

The app will automatically log you out and return to the login screen. You will not be able to log in with your previous credentials anymore.

You will also receive a confirmation email at your registered email address confirming the account deletion.
